Legal Aspects of Educational Management,part one of the book is a primer of law as it relates to education. It deals only with those aspects of law close to educational institutions and does not delve deeply into issues of civil or criminal law.This book calls for acquaintance with the educational laws because it involves interactions of statutes, policies and directives by Government which has bearing on the various aspects of education.Cases of defaults,litigation and transgressions relating to administrative process were discussed in this book with concrete examples from Uganda.Part two comprises basic principles in school administration where administrative theories,organizational typologies,some elements in decision making, delegation and school records were discussed.The book is a veritable asset to students in Educational management and administration.
