Hard economical days are finding relief at the expense of family stability. The book gives a detailed analysis of family issues globally and locally. There are many psychological and marital principles which can heal our deteriorating marital stability. The author has used many principles/theories among them the attachment theory:Anxious attachment(when you are with your loved one you feel confident and can act autonomous and responsibly). Anxious attachment ( you feel insecure and develop a clingy behavior when 'a part' l.e you are not confident about your spouses' attachment for you.Thus the author has explored that many of the marital issues we have are ''imaginary'' The author relies on psychologists Sigmund Freud who observes that we act out of the fear of the unknown. Is it true that uncertainty breeds uncertain behavior?
