Moral Damages in the Family Environment, The New Concepts of Family

The aim of this work is to summarise the occurrences of moral damages caused by family conflicts, as well as to bring up the new family configurations. The problems arising from living together and the possibility of the right, or not, to compensation for the possible damage caused by these conflicts. To what extent would it be possible to claim compensation and continue the relationship without major tremors? The book does not explore the subject to the end, nor does it have that objective, but it does deal with the subject in general terms. Happy reading.
