Evelyn Alaye-Ogan obtained her PhD in Development Economics from St Clements University, Turks & Caicos Islands. She is a Fellow of ICAN, Nigeria. She has worked with various international and national developmental projects in Nigeria in Education, Micro finance, Agriculture, HIV/Aids, and National Infrastructure development policies regulation.
