Nurse/caregiver: "AGGIR" in home care

The aging of the population is not synonymous with disease but, on the contrary, is a sign of good health, "It is an indicator of the improvement of global health. However, the loss of autonomy is a "normal" element of aging that must be taken into account by public authorities and caregivers. In spite of this dependence linked to old age and the difficulties that this may entail, the elderly have only one desire: to remain living at home as long as possible. If this is a choice that is respected, it is not a risk-free choice of life. Indeed, this choice of life has its limits and would not be possible without the external help of the "caregivers", who will then join forces with this elderly relative but also with the various health professionals working at home so that this elderly person who is losing his or her autonomy can live at home in complete safety for as long as possible.

Als diplomierte Krankenschwester wollte ich ein aktuelles Thema behandeln und den Pflegepartner, den pflegenden Angehörigen, in den Vordergrund stellen. Sie ist der erste Akteur, der erste Zeuge und der erste Partner des Pflegeprozesses im Rahmen der häuslichen Pflege älterer Menschen.
