Optimizing Service Oriented Architecture to Support e-Learning presents innovative Adaptive e-Learning Model that makes student the center of e-Learning. Presented e-Learning model is empowered with Adaptive and Intelligent features to present personalized e-Learning environment. Optimization spans to cover both pedagogical and technical aspects of e-Learning and its systems. Optimizing pedagogical aspects focuses on the efficiency and effectiveness of presented model, highlighting challenges facing e-Learning nowadays and how to solve them. Optimizing e-Learning pedagogically is critical to the success of both students and e-Learning systems. On technical side, optimizing SOA is important to overcome performance and architectural challenges. Different intelligent services are presented to boost the e-Learning model in a new manner that opens doors for adopting intelligent features in e-Learning. Utilizing SOA in e-Learning proved to worth the effort, and gave e-Learning systems capabilities to overcome many challenges.
