Organization of the supportive environment in the classroom

This book investigates the importance of a supportive environment and the role of teachers in multicultural classrooms. The research was conducted with 50 high school teachers in Intercultural High Schools in Greece during the 2021-2022 school year, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary research method. The study highlights that a diverse classroom positively impacts the school community by fostering a safe, supportive, and purposeful environment, which in turn promotes academic and social growth.

I graduated from the School of Philosophy at the University of Athens and have been working as a philology teacher in Greece for the past few years. I completed my postgraduate studies in Intercultural Education in 2023. Prior to that, I attended numerous seminars on alternative teaching methods.
