Partial discharge in Directed Oil Flow Type Transformer

Partial discharge in transformers are also influenced by availability of conducting particle and its flow pattern. Flow pattern of particle is in turn administrated by nature of oil flow. It may be directed or non - directed type. This book presents the movement pattern of different particles of various shapes in directed oil flow in EHV transformer and partial discharge due to the particle movement.
