The mobile Internet has changed people's everyday lives forever. ThisThis development continues to have a significant impact on society. The smartphone is not the only mobile device, but its invention has been crucial to the Internet use independent of time and place. The digital customer experience is playing an ever greater role in the customer experience in general. New target groups, who see the smartphone as an indispensable part of everyday life, are coming up against companies regardless of the industry with high expectations regarding digital offerings. The resulting increase in the number of touchpoints must be managed in order to positively shape the digital journey of the customers. The results obtained show the mobile marketing tools, put them in connection with the customer experience and suggest that the potential of mobile marketing in automotive maintenance companies in Austria has not yet been exhausted.
