Adolescence is a period marked by many uncertainnities.In the process of physical, sexual, emotional,intellectual and social maturation, boys and girls experience drastic changes that have social, psychological, and emotional implications.In their attempts to achieve personal autonomy, self-identity, self-esteem, sense of beloning and recognition, the youth are confronted by challenges and problems related to various cravings of adolescence.This book drawing from authors experience in counselling and working with the youth offers a comprehensive analysis of almost all aspects of adolescents.
