Verónica Garibotto is professor of Latin American literary and cultural studies at the University of Kansas. She is the author of Crisis y reemergencia: el siglo XIX en la ficción contempor ánea de Argentina, Chile y Uruguay (2015) and Rethinking Testimonial Cinema in Post-Dictatorship Argentina (2019), and co-editor, with Jorge Pérez, of The Latin American Road Movie (2016).
