Reaching sustainable housing

To lessen the environmental impact of our housing and reducing energy consumption in buildings, it is crucial that energy efficient measures are included not only in new buildings but also when renovations are made of older buildings. This publication deals with how energy efficiency can be incorporated in public procurement and building organization processes in relation to the renovation phase.
