Relation North- South versus Humanitarian Mission

This document presents the reflection related to Humanitarian mission, their contribution in development countries. The work describes the type of relation that may exist between countries, the problems that may appear according to the type of those relations. It could be North-North, North-South, South-South.But the relation North-South according to the capitalism rule, doesn't give opportunity to the southern countries to empower the economics' development of their people, they become a big market for the rich countries and make them richer. The humanitarian situation of those countries decreases considerably and provokes decease and war.
