Dr. Anagbogu, German Effa is presently a lecturer in Educational Research, Measurement and Evaluation, in the department of Educational Foundations, University of Calabar. He obtained his First degree, Master's and Doctorate degrees from the prestigious University of Calabar. He is presently teaching both the undergraduate and graduate students.
