Soil Application of Oxygenated Peptone

The present book gives a new dimension to organic farming system through soil application of oxygenated peptone. The role of oxygen in plant life is well known but enrichment of soil by applying oxygen in the form of oxygenated peptone is a totally new and unique concept. The effects of oxygenated peptone on seed germination, seedling growth, vegetative and reproductive growth have been discussed at length. The treatment is found to be useful to enhance vegetative growth leading to better reproductive growth along with better nutritional status of fruits and improved soil structure and population of beneficial soil microbes.
