The study entitled, "Statistical Modeling for fodder yield estimation of Grewia optiva in Jammu Shiwaliks" was undertaken with a objective to develop different linear/non-linear statistical models and validation of models thereof. This work gives insight about different re-sampling techniques. In the present Investigation half splitting validation technique along with non-parametric statistics was used to assess the performance of models.

Dr Fehim Jeelani Wani pursued Ph.D in Statistics from SKUAST-Kashmir with specialization in Probability distributions, Masters of Science in Statistics from SKUAST-Jammu with specialization in Statistical Modelling and Bachelor of Science in Forestry from SKUAST-Kashmir. Published more than 15 research papers in National and International Journals.
