Details

This research describes and analyzes social
inclusion and exclusion processes. Why did people
move the countryside and how well did their in-
migration processes succeed in the 1990s?
Which factors must be fulfilled regarding the social
networks and participation of a person moving into a
village community to produce a positive outcome of
migration process and which factors would result in
a negative outcome? The theory of Social Capital,
which focuses on a community s and individual s
characteristics,is used to describe how entering a
community and exclusion from it are multi-phased
chains of events. There are three distinct
motivators for the in-migration:buying a single-
family house and a close relationship to nature, and
unemployment and insurmountable debt.Satisfaction
in their new home village was guaranteed in cases
where the migration was voluntary, the migrants lived
in a single-family house, were financially secure
and had good social relations to their neighbors.
The attainment of good standing in the village
community was furthered by the migrant s good
reputation, easy interaction and participation in the
village s life.
