Tsai-Shin Fong earned a PhD and two Master degrees in the United States with a focus on digital media and visual communication. In 2003, she was honored in Who's Who among Students in American Universities & Colleges. She is an expert in Web-design marketing strategies, and serves as a professor at FU-JEN University in Taipei, Taiwan.
