The role of a leader in an organization

The issue of leadership is recurrent in most countries, especially in African countries where it is often enough to change the way the state is governed or the way a company is run for the economy to take off. To solve this problem, it becomes urgent that citizens or employees place competent women and men. While the leaders will have to manage at the head of the States and the companies.Describing the role of the leader in the organization is a difficult task because this role is moving, competitive and especially uncertain, in space and time. It depends closely on circumstances and the environment. In this matter, the most thorough understanding cannot be done without theoretical approaches. Hence the need to appeal not to a theory but to theories of organizations to better understand leadership and management. In fact, to be able to describe the role of the leader in the organization, it is necessary to call upon several disciplines of management sciences, economic sciences, social sciences, humanities, political science, sociology of organizations and psychology.
