The current practices of school principals in promoting participatory decision making approach and coordinating the tasks of schools were unsatisfactory according to many researchers. Besides, the practices of decisions in various school activities, in implementation and evaluation of school decisions, encouraging staff and mobilizing community were low. So Principals not only support the instructional activities, but also create conducive environment to involve the stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient decision making system in schools and also develop appreciation for team work and participation, this work shows all the essential participative decision ways. This work is a practical guide to be used frequently to help, remind & support at all level of school stakeholders (community, teaching & non teaching staff, students & PTA) start up of practice of participative decision making to successful implementation to resolve problems in teaching learning process and useful to professionals in interactions and collaboration, or anyone else who may be considering utilizing this work as a means of satisfying both organizational objectives and to improve staff involvement.
