The Tangram game helping with attention deficit disorder

Attention deficit disorder is a neurological disorder of genetic causes, which appears in childhood and often accompanies the individual throughout their life. It is characterised by symptoms of distraction, impulsivity and physical and/or mental hyperactivity. One aspect that differentiates ADHD children from non-ADHD children is that the symptoms of ADHD behaviour are independent of emotional, environmental and social problems. Many theorists have placed great emphasis on the importance of games and play in children's learning. By using play as a teaching strategy, a valuable tool is used, which will provide an opportunity for the child with ADHD to develop skills of experimentation, imagination, concentration, interaction, socialisation, attention, as well as problem solving.
