Afeez A. BELLO holds a Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He is a Registered Engineer (RE) and Member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). He is a Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at Osun State University,Osun state,southwestern Nigeria.
