As a form of moral violence that undermines workers' emotional balance and compromises their mental and physical health, the practice of moral harassment in organizations can no longer be ignored. This book aims to elucidate what moral harassment is and its consequences, and to warn that not every conflictual situation can be classified as such. It provides an overview of how the phenomenon is viewed around the world and rich field research from which proposals for preventive actions against moral harassment in the workplace can be drawn, with a view to creating a healthy work environment and ensuring that the issue is not trivialized.
