Ways to Activate Agriculture

The pamphlet describes the modernization and diversification of agricultural production and the implementation of structural changes, improving the methodological framework for assessing their level, best practices of foreign countries, as well as the specifics of innovative development of rural infrastructure and the future of the integrated system. The need for action was discussed, and scientific proposals and recommendations were developed.
