Working-class labour, identity and socio-economic paths

The socio-economic life of an individual always depends on his or her work. This means that the individual acquires a socio-economic identity based on what he or she does as an occupation. Occupational identities are more diverse the more varied the occupations are. However, for the worker, this identity is linked to the remuneration of his work. The latter allows the individual to construct his career path by following the changes brought about by the wage in his socio-economic situation. What is the situation with regard to blue-collar work?

Après les études en Science politique à l'Université du Burundi, il a obtenu en 2020 un Master en Socio-anthropologie à cette même université.
