ZnO as Multifunctional Material for Nanoelectronics
Details
The book is devoted to the theoretical and experimental research of the optical and electrical properties of the nanostructured materials based on ZnO. It would be interesting for the scientists and engineers working in the field of electronic material science, nano-, microelectronics and solid state physics, as well as for teachers, postgraduates and students of relevant physical, technical and natural specialties. This monograph consists of an introduction, sixteen chapters, conclusions and a list of references. The book is based on the results of researches carried out by the authors with the staff of the Laboratory of Physics and Technology of Nanostructures, Scientific and Education Center "Fractal" and Scientific-Technical and Education Center of Low Temperature Studies in Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. These results are supplemented and analised using the data of other research groups engaged into study of the similar scientific problems.
