10 . . . . , . . The book is an authorial attempt to explain the basic tenets of sustainable architectural building through examples of projects for 10 passive houses. The first part of the book is consisting of the nomenclature of all factors that make a building energy efficient - passive object. The analysis of the costs involved knowledge of credit lines offered by some banks in Macedonia, thus actually support calculations made for the appropriate model of the passive house compared to conventional buildings.The aim is to familiarize readers as much as possible for real values of sustainable building.

Emilia Sofeska is an architect-engineer and has a M.Sc in Sustainable Architecture and Urbanism. She has worked as an architect, planner, and designer in Macedonia, Montenegro, and Slovenia. She is coach for energy efficient buildings for EUREM Macedonia and permanently works on researching projects in the field of sustainability.
