360° feedback for therapeutic practices

Why should a therapeutic practice introduce 360° feedback? Quite simply: for economic reasons! Only satisfied patients will return to the practice and even recommend it to others. So if you want to stay ahead in the market, you should deploy your employees according to their skills or, if necessary, promote them through targeted training and further education.
