Sustainability Performance Measurement & Management would not be integrated unless we ensure that social science, technology and innovation progress occurs in harmony with environment, education and economy. Worldwide, there is a growing need for sustainable and coherent solutions to all environmental problems. In many occasions, this is not feasible mainly because of lack of funds or insufficient institutional capacity, which led to applying some practices focusing only on the visible part of the problem & often adopt inadequate solutions leaving severe environment impacts. The 3E-Planetearth Concept for Sustainable Development is a 1st glance, flexible, diverse, and dynamic innovation approach for problem solutions to the global sustainability challenge; enables overcome global knowledge divide and technology divide, and offers immense possibilities for institutional capacities, automation, and innovation approaches; the concept, theoretically& empirically, enables all stakeholders to develop a framework for sustainability performance assessment, which is compatible with all innovation methods &/or concepts, and paved the road towards sustainable development, and universal value.
