A Bibliography on Users' Perception and Expectation of Services

This book is a bibliographic compilation that provide a collective list of literature sources that surveyed users' perception and expectation of services and facilities in public libraries from various sources such as printed books, eBooks, journal articles, newspapers, theses, dissertations, conference proceedings within the library and information studies field from all over the world. It provide future researchers, academics with an alphabetical list of literature sources relevant to users' perception and expectation of the services and facilities in public libraries. It puts together various sources from databases that talks about the subject related to users' perception and expectation of services and facilities in public libraries, which will act as a guide for other researchers undertaking the same topic to easily locate sources relevant to their study, therefore, researchers will not spend much time searching through databases for sources to finish their study. It will guide them directly on where to find relevant sources. This book will also contribute to bibliographic literature in Library and Information Studies (LIS) field.

Cebile Khumalo was born and raised in Babanango in KwaZulu-Natal. She holds a National Diploma and the Bachelor of Technology Degree in Library and Information Studies from the Durban Univ. of Technology. She recently added an Honours Degree in Library and Information Studies at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
