A short compilation of texts describing the innermost thoughts and feelings one might have in tough times. It is written from the author's perspective, showing her experiences with fighting mental issues and hard times. It consists of inner monologues, poems or just a few random lines, showing the chaos and hurt in ones head.

Born in 2003, Julienne Lippertz grew up traveling a lot as a surfer. Always loving to read herself and also wanting to write, she professionally begins to pursue that dream at 18 years old. At 19 she started to work as a photographer, began studying literary studies and now at 20 releases her first book, in which she takes the reader through hard times and feelings of those years.
