This study delved into presenting a comparative analysis of Wole Soyinka's attitude towards his native Yoruba culture and R.K Narayan's attitude to his respective Indian culture. The attitudes of the aforementioned authors towards their native cultures have been revealed through their work s, Death and the King's Horseman and A horse and two goats respectively .
