A Comparative Study on Human Resource Management

The focus of this research is to study the HRM procedure in private sector banks and public sector banks in India and also how any bank can define the more effective HRM procedure. The study attempted to understand the HRM procedure in banks by comparing the HRM procedure of the largest Indian banks, one from the public sector and the other from the private sector in India. The study also determined the factors of HRM with their priorities and relationships to each other in banks of public sector and private sector. The driving and dependence power of factors of HRM are also analysed. Banks of private sector and public sector can use the results of this study to improve HRM in their respective bank.
