A Comprehensive Docking Study of Antifungal Agents
Details
Fungi can be found all over the world in a variety of environments. The majority of fungi do not cause disease in humans. Some species, however, can infect humans and cause illness. Antifungal agents are those that are used to treat fungal infections. While most fungal infections affect the skin and nails, some can progress to more serious and potentially fatal conditions such as meningitis or pneumonia. Antifungal agents target structures or functions that are required in fungal cells but not in human cells, allowing them to fight a fungal infection without causing harm to your body's cells. Keeping these realities under consideration a comprehensive docking study has been carried out which is simple and reliable compared to the existing methods, and the nitty-gritty findings are written in this book and the nuts and bolts which are required to understand the methodology involved for assessing the Antifungal activity of Bioactive molecules is discussed in detail.
