A Computable General Equilibrium Analysis

This book addresses the optimum level of adaptation for Malaysia and estimated the climate change adaptation costs for different time periods. The study examined the impacts of climate change adaptation cost on agricultural sector in particular and on the economy as a whole to measure the overall impacts. A computable general equilibrium (CGE) model has been developed for Malaysian economy for the quantification of the economic impacts of climate change adaptation.
