Translation is a complex undertaking both in theory and practice. It plays an important role in enhancing awareness and understanding among various cultures and nations. The vast great of enquiry has been done on literary texts, while research in the domain of technical texts especially legal ones is ignored.The present research may be considered as a new step in legal translation studies.
