Though being foreign in Africa and Cameroon in particular, with the separation of power between the executive, legislative and the judiciary arm of governments, our very values of democracy will be put into practice, our society will be free from political manipulation, there will be the respect of human rights and the leaders will be able to rule taking into consideration the will of the people. Taking the case study of Cameroon into consideration, what is call separation of power is well articulated in its constitution of 1996, but the question is now is, is it put into practice?
