Approach to green chemistry is an essential aspect in academic and industrial research laboratories. Recent developments showed that, there are many challenges in environmental awareness and issues of sustainability in the world. Many experiments involving many hazardous chemicals which are not safe to human health and environment. In Industries and laboratories various hazardous and costly chemicals are used for Organic Synthesis and also by products formed are very difficult to dispose it which can be prepared with better yield by using green procedure. We have developed an operationally simple, inexpensive, efficient diazotization and coupling method from readily available reagents in laboratory mostly by taking a view of green approach. It includes Introduction to Thymol and diazotization reaction, protocol for its Green Synthesis,its Antimicrobial Screening and Result discussion for Protocols followed. Further Development of protocols for synthesis of some other commercially important compounds is under progress. We take opportunity to thank to Principle Dr. A.S. Pravina B.Piste,Ph.D.:Studied Heterocyclic Chemistry at Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Working as Associate Prof. at Y.C. Institute of Science, Satara for over eighteen years. No. of Research papers and articles have published in National and International Journals. Awarded CSIR Fellowship for research. Completed no. of UGC Minor Research Projects.
