Knowledge is the basic pillar or foundation for getting a competitive advantage. In spite of the efforts of the advancement as well enhancement of knowledge transfer with in the organizations, It's clear that employee shows their unwillingness to share knowledge across the organizational practices level. No doubt it's a belief that entrepreneurship is better for both personal development and for an economy. Entrepreneurship brings the chances of employment for many individuals by confirming economic growth as well through innovation and ideas. It gives a lot of opportunities for the enhancement of skills and abilities, knowledge, guidance as well as motivation or reward for an individual. Individuals working in organizations hide knowledge from colleagues in order to maintain own portfolio. It is based on a quantitative study. Companies that run-in software industry is considered among the knowledge based in which the employees are possess specialized knowledge as well as skills to do their tasks. Current study focus is to find that info does not stream over the employees of organizations, and employees favor to hide knowledge from coworkers in order to uphold their own efficiency.
