The book will introduce the reader to agency theory dilemma as a challenge that hand-picked managers of anti-corruption agencies face in execution of their duties. It provides a blueprint of good corporate governance principles and examines the operations of organizations such as the Anti-Corruption Commission of Namibia and other Quasi-Autonomous Non-Governmental Organizations (QuANGOs) and their quest to reduce corruption.
