A New approach to Implement Lean Six Sigma At Computer Industry

This book represents an innovative approach to implement Lean Six sigma and quality engineering tools in computer companies. The author of this book has constructed a robust framework to measure and analyse the performance of computer companies. By highlighting the root causes of imperfection, The Company can easily improve their performances. By reviewing the Literature, the author has found out there have not been enough studies conducted in that field. That motivates the author to write this book. To explore the effectiveness of the current framework, a computer service company has been selected, and enormous impact on process improvement has been achieved.

About the author:Mohammed Abduljabbar Shaauit Abboodi is Faculty member of Al-khwarizmi college of Engineering, University of Baghdad since 2008.He graduated on the top of his department (Manufacturing Engineering- University of Baghdad) in 2008.He got his Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Central Florida (USA) in 2014.
