A New Blended Methodology of Project Management

This Manual provides stakeholders of both public and private companies with a comprehensive summary of the project management framework and practices. It presents a practical toolkit to help manage new projects. It provides readers with: (1) An overview of the organizational requirements related to Project Management (2) Project Management principles namely PMBOK methodology and PRINCE 2 approach.
