Yet, the structures educating these future professionals often remain anchored in a past era. This book is born from a conviction that our current models of legal education are fundamentally misaligned with the demands of the 21st century, and that bold, structural reform is not just an academic exercise, but an urgent necessity for the region's progress. For decades, the dominant approach to legal education across many Arab jurisdictions has prioritized theoretical knowledge and rote memorization of codes.
