A NONGRIEVANCE HUB

This book is related to Education where we are developing an anonymous grievance redressal website which is a web-based application that aims to address the grievances of the students and presents the website as a portal built using, React.JS, Node.JS, Express.JS, MongoDB where students may file concerns, and the department handling the case is notified. The student has complete access to the complaint's history and may see if it has been examined, investigated, sent, rejected, or handled. And thewhole thing is done without revealing student identities while respecting the privacy and anonymity ofits users. Additionally, the system allows students to create accounts using a unique username and password, ensuring a secure login process. This approach enables students to report grievances without fear of exposure, encouraging them to voice their concerns freely. By implementing these features, the book aims to create a safe and efficient grievance redressal system that upholds the privacy and anonymity of its users while ensuring their issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
