A novel method on earlier detection of bone cancer by MRF segmentation

An Enchondroma is a kind of tumour founded in bone marrow and it accounts up to 10-25% of people are all common tumours. This manuscript suggests an approach to find out enchondroma cancer in MR images. The planned approach includes pre-processing method such as Gaussian filter in order to eliminate noise and to smooth images. Segmentation is the major method which provides precise knowledge about the picture using the Markov Random Filed method. The feature Extraction and Naive Bayes classifier works efficiently and notices the cancer cells which are affected by the Enchondroma. The proposed approach works powerfully and also distinguish the presence of enchondroma in the MR images.
