A novel synthesis of mannich base and its copper complex

The present study is concerned with the synthesis of N'-((2-methoxyphenyl)(morpholino)methyl) benzhydrazide and its Cu (II) complexes. This chapter also examines the experimental techniques used for characterization, such as IR and 1H NMR studies, which were used to determine the structure of the synthesized compound.The biological activity for the as synthesized compound and its Cu (II) complex were reported. Finally the result shows that sample provides a better inhibition against microbes.
