A Pragma _stylistic Analysis of Racism in Donald Trump's Speeches

This study is a pragma_ stylistic one which scrutinizes how racism is pragmatically realized by the previous American president Donald Trump so as to shed light on the characteristic features that distinguish his style . It aims at revealing the types of racism used by Trump and shedding light on the topics that are always referred to by Trump in his racist speeches. Ultimately, this study comes up with various conclusions, the most significant of which are the most frequent type of racism used by Trump is overt which reflects his boldness and indifference about other's feelings. Immigration, hatred of Muslims and black people are the topics that are usually referred to by Trump in his racist speeches.
