The focus of my book seeks to examine prominentconceptions of culture from an organizationalframework, a crucial theoretical and methodologicalperspective for interpreting culture. This objectivereflects a new and constructive way to interpret whyand how human beings organize culture, and how theyorganize their interpretation of their place in theworld from the environments surrounding them. Fromethnographic research of past anthropologists andpresent research of corporate culture, my thesisargues that the human capacity for culture evolvedthrough organizational processes members findnecessary to operate in a manner acceptable to othermembers of society. The use of organizationalliterature in my methodological approach inassociation with historic postulates, premises,principles, and models in cultural anthropology, haseffectively confirmed the belief that ananthropologists underlying conception of culturestarts and finishes with an elaborate organizationof culture.
