Coronavirus illness 2019 (COVID 19) has wreaked havoc over the world and resulted in a high number of deaths. One of the key reasons for the coronavirus illness (COVID 19) having such a large impact on society its unanticipated spread, while has prevented adequate preparation. While it will take decades to develop a vaccine, immediate interventions are required to prevent COVID 19 related mortality. We have discovered that the immune system is crucial in reducing the severity of COVID 19, and that by modulating it, it's possible to save people's lives. Now a days post covid diseases Mucor mycosis also spread in human which is very dangers to the human financially as well as mentally. Because of no specific treatments or vaccines have been approved by any authority, there is a need for an alternative to improve population immunity. Antioxidant derived from natural resources can be used as a nutraceutical to boost immunity. The nutraceuticals are non-toxic and can be used by people of all ages. There is a chance that if they include nutraceuticals in their diet on a regular basis, they will be better equipped to deal with the third wave of this illness.
