A selection of scientific articles on various legal topics

The purpose of this book is to arouse the reader's interest in the analyses presented involving various branches of law. Based on a compilation of several scientific articles especially focused on the areas of International Law, Criminal Procedural Law and Civil Law, the purpose of this work is to provoke questions that lead to reflection on the topics covered.The works contained in this book were the result of academic productions by the author during her law degree, some of which were produced in co-authorship with supervising professors.

Attualmente si sta specializzando in Diritto internazionale presso la Pontificia Università Cattolica di San Paolo e in Diritto tributario internazionale presso l'Istituto brasiliano di diritto tributario.
